Best preamp in the $1k-$1500 range?

Hi All,

I recently had to return a Sutherland KC Vibe MkII because of some RF interference I couldn't get around (I have a post on this site about it), so now I'm looking to purchase a phono preamp so I can listen to records.

My current setup is a cambridge cxa81, rega p6 with hana ML (moving coil) cart and kef ls50 meta speakers.

Do you have any suggestions, and why/why not?

I randomly came across this review the other day https://www.analogplanet.com/content/qhw-audio%E2%80%99s-surprising-%E2%80%9C-vinyl%E2%80%9D-mmmc-phono-preamp#comments-link and was wondering if this would be a viable option.

Thanks!

I would consider the EAT E-Glo Petit hybrid tube phono. Excellent at blocking RF interference. Also has multiple loading options. Excellent phono. In your price range.
I just purchased the Eat E-Glo, watched the video and it sounded right for me. I could get 1000 reccos but I'm just ready to get this done with.

Thanks for your help!
