Best blues guitarist, Clapton or Green

I know Clapton is God, but is he a better blues guitarist than Peter Green.

John Mayall with Eric Clapton. I bought the CD in the early 80s as one of the first I bought. Album? Sounds like it was recorded in a garage. It has a real nice, rough finish that is authentic. Album dates from Pre-Cream Clapton days. classic.
