B&W Matrix 802 (S3) tweeter repair/replacement

Hi - I have a pair of B&W Matrix 802s I bought in the mid 90s. Both tweeters need to be replaced (they are blown and the metal grill is gone. I found a place called the Speaker Exchange in Florida that can replace them for a reasonable fee, but with third party parts since B&W no longer carries these tweeters.

Does anyone know where I might find clear instructions for how to remove the tweeter from the swiveling midrange speaker ?

also, open to other suggestions you may have.  I need a new amp for these so would welcome suggestions about that too.
