Ayre or Bryston separates for Harbeth 30.2 XD speaker

I'm  a solid state person so I'm looking at a preamp/amp combo from either  one of these 2 companies.  For Ayre I'm looking at the Vx-5 twenty  amp  and their matching preamp.   For Bryston it could be the 3b or 4b cubed amp with their BP17 or 20 preamp.
Does anyone have any experience with these combinations with the Harbeths?
Appreciate any insights.
