Aurender N10

My Aurender player has stopped detecting the internet.
It shows no IP address even when I know the internet is active
through the ethernet cable  and router.
Has anyone else had this problem?

It was the router. Lightning blew out the ethernet part of my router but not the wireless. Also blew out ethernet port on my iMac, but not my Aurender
My N10 lost internet connection the other night, I was installing the latest firmware. I just went into the Aurender app on my IPad and reinstalled it. Connected right away.
@keithjacksontucson,  Do you have any news about your Aurender player not detecting the internet?   Were my suggestions above useful or are you still having connectivity issues?
Please also verify that your other devices can connect to your router and modem.   My Aurender N10 also stopped connecting to the Internet because my router stopped working.   My Apple Extreme Router was dead and I had to replace it.  This is probably not your problem but I have to ask.
I forgot something.  Please conform all Internet cables are connected properly (fully plugged in).   Then reset ALL network devices that are associated with the connection to the Aurender (e.g. network switches, the router, wireless access points, etc.)
As was suggested above, please reboot your router AND modem.   If available, please remove the battery from these device (my modem has a battery).   Please also turn OFF your Aurender N10 and restart it.   If there are any switch boxes in the connection, please also turn them off and restart.  This is a complete device turn off for TWO MINUTES and not a restart from the Aurender Conductor App.

Hopefully, the above steps will enable your Aurender N10 to connect to the Internet.

Sometimes these devices get out of sync and require a complete reboot of all devices in the chain.  Please let us know if this works.
Did you do any recent firmware updates? Might see if the player shows up in your routers connected devices.
