Aurender Conductor App

Is anyone else having a problem with this app? I can't seem to connect, I reached out for support but haven't heard back.

This causes 99.99% of problems. Example, you go out and use mobile internet, get home and my Aurender doesn't work anymore!!!!!!!!!!! Operator error.

Switch off your router, switch back on after 10-15s. Go to settings in app, click Aurender at the top and ADD Aurender. Exaclty as you did when you first got it. I believe something has changed with your internet/IP address.
