Aurender Conductor App suddenly acting odd

I typically play music using the "Play Random" function, which creates a random playlist.  That playlist is shown in the left column of the Conductor app, showing the order that the random tunes will play from top down.  But suddenly, the queue plays totally randomly, even though it shows up in the queue in a specific order (which is not what it plays, instead bouncing around randomly).  What's the point of showing the order of the queue if it won't play in that order?  Anyone else experiencing this?  Or know how I can fix it?  Started about a week ago.  The app is up to date, though it wasn't updated recently before this started.  Thanks!  BTW, using an Aurender N100SC with 8Tb internal SSD drive.
