I recently swapped in a length of WEL Signature between my digital processor and my amps. I'm Very satisfied with the sound, especially the rich tonality and seemingly complete harmonics around instruments. They are highly detailed without being edgy. Very Musical. I have noted that a couple of well known reviewers have chosen WBY for their systems, which made me curious why??
I agree with your assessment 100%, johndoe21ro. I now have 1M pairs of balanced WEL and WBY. Your description is on point. The WEL does give dence, full, Rich images. Where the WBY is lighter. The only time I might consider WBY a better choice would be with really dark sounding components. In my system, I LOVE WEL. I use WBY only as a back-up. I also agree with the previous comment by folkfreak. I think Audioquest interconnects are better than Audioquest speaker cables. I've chosen Synergistic Research Galileo LE in my system.
