Audiophile quality adapters

Has anybody looked into quality audio adapters? I am looking for and IEC C14 to and IEC C7 (figure 8) adapter, both regular and polarized. 

I'd rather not change plugs on the power cords that I have, but I am concerned with the the noise an adapter may cause.

Take a look at Take Five Audio Cyro-treated adapters
Power Plug Adapters - (takefiveaudio.com)

I have a couple and they sound pretty good to me, but they are not as good as replacing the actual plugs.

No such thing you will loose sound quality for sure.

VooDoo also makes excellent adapters that will not alter the sound, sometimes break-in is necessary.
