There's a before and after moment, around 2004, when Joachim Gerhard left/was forced out of the company and founded Sonics by JG. Rather like Sonus Faber, there will be at least some difference in models and iterations prior to/post 2004.
Audio Physics old vs new
I'm thinking about demoing the Tempo Plus and Avanti speakers. I remember liking the Virgo II's, and I have heard the older Tempo from about 15 years ago. My friend bought them and still uses them. Any thoughts about the newer versions of the speakers vs the older models would be helpful.
