Anyone know why the 'Pay Later' option isn't active..

.. when I get to that part of the listing process?
The pay now option is there, and lets you click on it, but Pay Later is dulled-out and it cannot be clicked on.

I never signed up to be a dealer. If you go to the posted link above, you'll see Dealer is a different option. Contact Admin.
