Anyone know why the 'Pay Later' option isn't active..

.. when I get to that part of the listing process?
The pay now option is there, and lets you click on it, but Pay Later is dulled-out and it cannot be clicked on.

@regamortis - Much easier to go to the Help page and put in a support ticket and get answer from the people who operate the website then ask for member speculation
