Anyone have problems getting gear back from ASi?

It's been over 4.5 months for a mod. Getting a little ridiculous.
Comms have been good until recently. Anyone have any experience with ASi audio mods?

check if they smoke too much pot. they show the MI phone number, but wonder if they've moved to CO or WA and have partied a lot ever since?
