Anyone have experience with Turntable Lab online store?

Turntable Lab seems to have good prices but the online reviews are mixed - people either love the place or hate it.  They carry Pro-ject, Rega and Technics turntables and Grado, Ortofon and Sumiko cartridges.  Hesitant to buy there because people online complain about delayed and unfulfilled orders.

I bought my project turntable esprit from their NYC (Manhattan) store. No issues. pretty helpful staff and the product was perfect.

I have no personal knowledge of them but with the online feedback that you refer to would be enough for me to keep walking. Enjoy the music
