Anyone compare Tidal and Spotify Premium Sound?

I've used Spotify Premium for months. I sometimes stream it to my Creek 5350se and Totem Arros via a Gramofon. I think the Gramofon has a decent/fair DAC. Spotify Premium streams at 320kbps.

I tried Tidal's premium hifi feature today.

I ended up comparing tracks from the two services. Tidal clearly sounds better. CLEARLY.

And this is coming from a guy who thinks a solid gauge lamp cord speaker wire is generally fine.

I'm going to stay with Tidal and now work on getting it to a DAC (somehow) at the Creek.

Digital can sound so good.

@jjss49 , Yes!  that was 6 years ago.  I have grown up much since then!

I now have a tube DAC, horn speakers, and have built 5 different pieces of gear, in addition to buying and auditioning so much stuff!

Have Spotify Premium for family plan, most my friends use it so we can share playlist and I use it a lot on bike rides. Moved over to Tidal HiFi which as you discovered sounds better but none of my friends use so I use both. Family plan not as cheap as Spotify but they offer a military/veteran discount which is nice. I’m also using Qobuz which I feel is better than Tidal HiFi and absolutely non of my friends use. Unlike Spotify and Tidal, Qobuz doesn’t have the radio option, that I’m aware of, when you select a song you can let the app play similar types of music. Spotify use to have a larger library so I use all three. I’m still saving money by not buying CD’s which I rarely do. Try Qobuz for the free trial to see if you can hear the difference.

Personally, I love Spotify, as it allows me to enjoy music without a subscription. Tidal is a little costly for me. Although Spotify music can't either be used on other devices without the Spotify app, I get a Spotify music downloader that helps me to locally download music from Spotify so as for offline playback on any device without limits.
I'm pretty sure you can get a DAC card for your Creek, and its not too expensive.
