Anyone at home at Krell?

An update on their website and phone messaging explaining the situation would go a long way.

Krell is located in Orange, CT.

Interestingly (or not) that's where the world's sole PEZ factory is located.

Went there once. The PEZ factory, not Krell.

Well, that just saved me an hour's drive...

You must be frustrated to the 4th power.

I don't understand why the owner's passing shuts down the repair division of the company. Surely they had parts inventory of their own gear in stock and in house.

I am so tempted to drive to Orange just to peek in the window.

Luxman seems to have recovered nicely after the Alpine debacle...
