Anybody once bought from Luxury Group in Italy?

I want to share my experience of buying from overseas.

I bought a pair of Estelon speakers from Luxury Group in Italy, https://luxurygroup.it/  with Alfredo Scauzillo   of the company handling this, shipped to Asia.

They received my full payment on May 14 then began to delay shipping with many different excuses so far. They once said PICKED UP at the beginning of July but always be unable to show Airway Bill or tracking number.

I can no longer trust in any more excuses or lies launched from their telling -lies mouths. I said, as a seller and sender, near 3 months after receiving full payment but still be unable to successfully ship, YOU SHOULD REFUND.

But they insistently rejected to reund but just gave more and more excuses.

I once asked whether your company is in financial crisis ( a sign of which is eating buyers' money) but they said No.

Because they sell new equipment as well as used ones at times , shipped worldwide. I want to ask whether there is someone also once buying from them or in the past or now in buying from them, be careful !
