Anybody ever dealt with Safe and Sound audio

I’ve made two large purchases with them. Items shipped same or next day… double boxed. I’ll continue to purchase from them in the future. 

Just had my 1st transaction with them purchasing an Ortofon 2M bronze premounted cartridge. Easy to reach someone via phone, professional and customer focused, very fast shipping. I'd certainly do business with them again if the need/match arises.

I believe they didn’t charge you sales tax because they do not do enough business in your particular state to warrant it.  Happened to me a couple of times when ordering audio online and that was the explanation.
