has anyone dealt with benz micro on warranty issue
I have a benz mc20e2L cart that burned up over a preriod of two weeks. I was wondering if any has had to deal with benz on a warranty issue and what their experience was?
If purchased through legitimate channels, Musical Surroundings is great. Benz is so backed up, be prepared to wait. Mail me off line and I will give you my contacts there. Any reason you can't go back to your retail dealer?
