I listen to Morning Becomes Eclectic - KCRW on my FM tuner every morning M-F from 9AM-12PM. I spent a lot of money to get some great tuners so I could listen to this station, specifically to the morning DJ. I recently found out that this DJ, Novena Carmel, is Sly's daughter. That made a lot of sense.
Sly Stone was way before my time, but his music must be timeless because I listen to it quite often.
