Had just saw where the band War got their star on Hollywood Walk of Fame and was reminiscing about the great funk bands from the early seventies, dove into my collection and Sly and the Family Stone album Stand was the first one pulled to play. Sly was one hell of a talent and am so sorry to hear of his passing, he will be missed but not forgotten. Enjoy the music
