An amazing sound engineer

I have heard many digital masters but was always exited about the SQ of the masters by Joy Tarantino, absolutely amazing. For me, even his 50s 24 bit remasters sound much better than other jazz remasters and, perhaps, at least as good as  the most of the jazz recordings (including today's ones). I was always curious on how he managed to arrive at this magic.

Yes, in a small red wagon. This CD issue has bonus tracks.
Try to get it and compare the recording with your LP version,
you should not be disappointed.
^^^ That's the one with Monk sitting in a wagon on the cover, right? I have that on LP. You're referring to the remastered CD, correct?

for a  list. 1957 Thelonious Monk Septet Monk's Music (Riverside reissue 2011) is a good example of his mastercraft.
