The Amazon computer app in exclusive mode produces the best sound quality. I'm a Windows guy so I use a designated fanless pc into the DAC and Windows Remote PC app to control it from my laptop. I've tried Chromecast optical, BubbleUNP, toslink out from the fire stick app and Bluetooth and the app provides the best sound and experience. Have not tried Heos or the Amazon Link but the windows app has better specs. Before the chip shortage for the same price. (Same computer is almost $100 more than 2yars ago)
That said I'm trying the 90 day Qobuz trial and it does sound better than Amazon on my system. It's not as stable and frequently crashes. I've already had to uninstall and reinstall in the first week and the selection is no where near what Amazon provides. There are three artists that I listen to a lot and my favorite albums by those artists aren't available.

The other issue is the Qobuz app performance. It's really slow and laggy compared to Amazon and doesn't play well with Fidelizer.
I have submitted for album additions but I'm not overly optimistic.
Nothing's perfect but Amazon does a lot of things really well. I've also used a really long USB cable from my laptop to the DAC but tripping hazard was to risky for a long term solution.
