Amazon HD Lower Price

Amazon has lowered it's price $5.00 for it's HD service to 7.99 for prime users. With Apple also now offering a HD service the competition is heating up. Will Tidal and Qobus follow and lower their prices?

Found this on Google:

The Bluesound Node 2i successfully streamed lossless audio from Amazon Music HD from 16 bit / 44.1 kHz up through 24 bit / 192 kHz. Amazon's own apps are unable to do what the Bluesound ecosystem can do with respect to playing the highest quality lossless audio.Nov 16, 2020

Is this Amazon Music Unlimited? There's a 3 month free trial, then $7.99 per month for Prime members.

Has anybody tried it yet?

I just read that there is a new improved Node coming out soon. I hope they fix the problems with them that I’ve read, posted by owners. It’s a good value if reliable

My Node2i works very well every day on Android. There was a problem when setting up the account when new; interface problems, HD not streaming.
It was no big deal for me, customer service assigned a tech to work out the bugs, took a few days.
Maybe it depends on the device being used.

but I hope Tidal and Qobuz stick around.
Jay Z didn't waste any time selling off his baby; the service that supports artists' rights to make fair residuals and to own a piece of the company.
