Alternatives for shorter On-Desk speaker stands?

Hi.

I recently bought a set of small coaxial speakers for desktop, but could not find any desktop stand that is 5 inch or shorter. The coaxial unit is tilted about 10 degrees so the sound hits my ear level from below. I can make a custom speaker stand, but wondered if there is an alternative for a set of stand because 4 to 5 inch high stand seem a little too small to customize, spend money on, or not effective. I once heard Yoga blocks can do the job, but never tried it before. Any ideas for a speaker stand? BTW the speaker comes with a rubber isolation feet.

I'm looking at IsoAcoustics stands I used to use and they're less than 5".

THey also make pucks you can use.

Best,

Thanks Erik

I forgot to mention the speaker has 3 feet and water-drop shaped so the iso stands won't fit.
I'll bet there is an optimum distance to get the speakers sounding correct.

They have a 10 degree neg caster. When you raise them you'll have to pull them closer to get the same, 10 degree exposure. Right?

Of axis response would be have to be pretty good... I suppose if you raise and tip forward that would work also.

Three feet, a triangle, Cut 4 triangles out of 3/4 MDF, each one smaller than the one before. The top one the proper size to fit under the speaker.  Route the tops of all the pieces.  Stack and glue, a step style pedestal. You can use Hardwood, too, different types (colors). Cut, glue and stack, wipe, let dry, sand, and stain.. Add rubber feet from PE..

I modified bookends for a pair, at the wife's work years back. Buddha had a crown of speaker, looked cool.
