This Borkrand arm is new to me. Can you provide details and a picture? I recall the SAEC arms were exceptionally heavy and only worked well with the heaviest low-compliance cartridges. Plus they had insufficient offset angle.
Alfred Bokrand cartridge choices
Picked up a Borkrand AB-309 last week. Set up my Ortofon SPU fine but with my EMT XSD and Miyajima Zero couldn't set enough tracking force. Can the Bokrand arm only accommodate heavier SPUs and cartridge+headshells?
