Aesthetix Atlas Eclipse scam

I responded to an ad in Quebec Audio for an Aesthetix Atlas Eclipse stereo amp. It popped up on hifishark and I clicked through. Long story short I was uneasy about the seller with no audigon or Audiomart ratings and their request to do friends and family. I was doing a little research on the Atlas crossover and how to hook it up when I came across the image they used in their ad. When I clicked on it to took me to an Audiomart that was marked sold from 2019. The seller had copied the ad and pasted it almost verbatim. Subsequent pictures they sent by email were also the pics in the 2019 ad. I alerted Quebec Audio but have not heard anything. The ad was taken down by the seller but it might go up again since we didn’t complete the transaction.  I also reached out to the seller from 2019 who has items currently for sale on Audiomart. He has great ratings. I have not heard back.
