My portability solution is the JBL Charge. The battery lasts for 12 hours and you can connect your phone via bluetooth or with a cable.It sounds very nice considering it's the size of a 16 ounce beeer can. It comes with a very nice carrying case and charging cord.
active speaker setup for samsung galaxy s3
Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I just picked up a samsung galaxy s3 smart phone and I have a docking station/charger for it. The docking station has an audio out...is there any decent option for a portable set of active speakers that can utilize the smart phone output(either through the docking station output or directly from the phone via the headphone jack)? This won't be replacing my home system anytime soon..it's just something to use while traveling.
