I kind of like his cover better than the original, though he did alter the words a little, if I recall. "Don't wanna be a bum, you better chew gum the pump don't work 'cause the vandals took the handles."

That one's easy, Simon and Garfunkle, I am a Rock. The Dylan one I posted earlier is from Subterranean Homesick Blues. He certainly had some crazy lyrics in a lot of his early songs.
