3 for 10

I rarely buy new LP's, especially reissues.

With a couple of stores in walking distance, no need for the internet(which seems to be tough nowadays)
One in particular had the right stuff in the bins. $4.20(get it?) for a single album or 3 for 10!

Replacement for the CD-
Moody Blues- "In Search of the Lost Chord" Deram/London-gatefold  (ZAL-8270 ARP) This one, kinda unique according to discogs-"This and several other Moody Blues pressing seems to be unique as ARP primarily pressed Motown records."  Stamper find!

Replacment for copy ruined by "all thumbs" operator-
David Gilmour solo debut. Columbia  FC 35388 gatefold.
Better pressing than my original which I thought was "Stamper Quality"

Quirky band from my teen years-
The Fabulous Poodles-Mirror Star. 1978
How can you not like "Roll your own"?

New LPs......who needs them? Limitless genre choices for cheap.

I'm happy that you're happy.

My main focus for years has been the plentiful amount of great new artists that are on vinyl and sound great. I'd rather buy them now at good prices than wait for the price to go up or not being able to get them at all.
New music is a hit or miss thing for me. I have a friend put new LPs on a  CD for me. I'm glad I haven't dismissed the silver disc completely.
I regularly play a couple tracks on CD: The XLO CD demagnetizing tracks.
"The XLO CD demagnetizing tracks."

I could be missing something I wasn't aware of! All my audio OCD is used up with record playback thankfully. I haven't gotten around to the marker tweak yet. The budget R2R DAC does wonders.
