Power cords and tubes make a big difference. There are a few threads on other's thoughts.

I am currently using Siemens 7308 gold pins and Wolff Carbon Source cords. I am very happy with the results.

Need an upsamler with the Audio Logic or a CDP that puts out the 24 bit signal.
