2 Ce Sig II tilt ?

Guys,

I just want to make sure I have the tilt on my speakers correctly. My listening height is 40" with my ears at 9' from the speakers and 7' apart from each other. The chart say 2"+ tilt, so am I reading it correctly? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
