Nottington Ace Space question, motor placement.
Shakey,I have the motor up front on the left because I have two tonearms. Well Tempered turntables are suppose to be good. Am I wrong?
Nottington Ace Space question, motor placement.
Terry, Thanks for the reply. The table sounds fantastic without the Wave Mechanic. The tonearms are super adjustable and not to difficult to set up. I watch people's jaws drop when I show them the player. I only could find one questionable review ...
Nottington Ace Space question, motor placement.
Terry,Thanks for the response. Do you really need all that equipment to get the sound you like on your Nottingham? I've been using "Tice" power filtration for 17 years and it has served me well. It's also has serge protection. I have the Nottingha...
Does Anyone remember
Never to late to reply. Theta took the Pioneer PD S95 transport and modified it. The Theta Miles as it was called was a great player with balance and digital out that started as a good player and was turned into the best bang for the buck over fif...
Nottington Ace Space question, motor placement.
Anyone with a Nottingham turntable ever tried the Wave Mechanic (Speed Control). Can the Pro-ject speed control do the job for less than half the price of a Wave Mechanic. My Ace Space sounds spectacular, with warmth, detail and transparency. Woul...
Pioneer S-1EX Loudspeaker
I'm listening to the speaker slightly tilted forward using a Herbie's loudspeaker Decoupling/Isolation footer in the rear with the 2 back feet of the speaker slightly extended from the floor. I had the Herbie's smaller Spike decoupling feet in the...

How much was the attractive price?
Nottingham TT - external power supply?
Has anyone tried the music Hall AC turntable controller with a Nottingham turntable?
Odyssey Cyclops vs. the Exposure Integrated Amps
Yes Nonoise, I looked at that amp and wondered how it would compare to the Odyssey Cyclops and the Exposure Integrated Amps. I read every review I could find on the Electrocompaniet and a few people thought that it was too warm and smooth for Pop ...
Odyssey Cyclops vs. the Exposure Integrated Amps
The one input is a bit of a drawback as I have TV, CD and a phono amp that need inputs. I'm also checking out the Electrocompaniet ECI 4 integrated amplifier as I heard its pretty good too.
Pioneer S-1EX Loudspeaker
Nothing thin about the S-3EX, they're nice and warm with tubes and sound about the same with solid state amps. Turned out to be a great buy. Let them break in.
Pioneer S-1EX Loudspeaker
Audioexcels.....Dude, you sound very excited about your TADs, and you should be. I love my S-3EX'es like nobody's biz. I was taking a chance when I bought them and relaying on reviews.....wow, they we're right. Don't let the Pioneer logo fool you....
Pioneer S-1EX Loudspeaker
The Rogue monoblocks with EL34 tubes at half power sounds great. The speakers can only take 160 watts. I put up some Auralex acoustic panels behind them and some Herbie's isolation feet under them for easy moving. Can really hear the speakers now....
Has anyone heard the Audioquest Dragonfly?
The set up with windows is about the same. Wondering if it would work with YouTube, Skype and things like that as well.
Has anyone heard the Audioquest Dragonfly?
How does the Music Streamer II compare to the Dragonfly? One would think that a USB connection would be better then a single wire. Anybody make a comparison yet? Does the Music Streamer II bypass your computer DAC like the Dragonfly does?
