What did a good 10 MHz clock do for your Gustard R26?
@pinwa +1, a subtle but noticeable improvement in my stereo. Worth the money.
The new Coda S5.5 amplifier: It's a "Petite Beast"!
I drive my Fyne F703 speakers with the S5.5. The sound quality is outstanding. I decided to sell my black S5.5 for a silver. I am yet another one that was told two weeks and now passing two months. Anyone ordering this amp after Terry's review c...
Best DAC’S $5k to $15k
Not sure what's best but my favorite based on both sound quality and features is the Weiss DAC501.
Weiss 501 4 channel upgrade
For further clarification, the original can still be ordered and is called Weiss DAC501 (black or silver). The new, upgraded version is called Weiss DAC501 - MK2 (black or silver).
Weiss 501 4 channel upgrade
The new MK2 (they changed the name since 4ch was confusing to most) 501 still has only two analog outputs (RCA or XLR balanced stereo). The DAC itself looks exactly the same. The upgrade is internal, I believe doubling the amount of DAC chips used...
Anyone having shipping issues with Viva Tubes
I purchased some tubes for my phono stage from Viva. Since they don't have a low noise testing option like, for example, TubeDepot, I specified that I needed a low noise pair when I placed the order. When the tubes arrived I found them too noisy f...
In-wall cable

Swiss Digital Fuse Box - "What headroom sounds like"
@markalarsen My feelings exactly. I currently have five (three in one stereo and two in another) and plan on adding three more.

+2. Owned the 07x for over a year and would call it anything but noisy. That noisy unit must have been defective.
Puritan PSM156
I have PSM156 conditioners in three stereos and one home recording studio. I have plenty of experience with the Ultimate PCs and recommend them. I think Puritan should market to the pro crowd, as the improvements that these units impart in the st...
Coda Csib V1 Integrated amp
Congratulations and well done. Looks to me that you are set for life! The Coda S5.5 has become my endgame amp (when I need an external amp; not the case with my ATC SCM50ASLT actives in another room).

I believe those specs were listed in the old Coda website which dealers at the time copied into their web pages.
Mint Protractor. A Pretty Nice Alignment Tool
IMHO, Wally Tools is the best place for turntable set up training and tools. I have them all and based on my experience, their system (especially the cartridge evaluation service that results in near perfect zenith or, in some instances, exposes ...
