| Sound proofing panels and other equipment - What is the best out there right now Buildings like that are notoriously noisy (thin walls,lack of insulation,etc.).I highly doubt you can quiten it down for use as a home theater unless they listen at fairly low volume. Not to mention bitchy neighbors!!! | |
