John Prine, singer, songwriter, legend - Dead at 73 from COVID-19
@tablejockey,@cleeds, well I certainly have misused the term alligator tears in my response to JPs death but leave it to you two for the clarity, after all someone has to be that person or persons.

Sitting here spinning some JP with alligator tears in my eyes and knowing the world is a better place because of him, taking this one hard. God bless his family. Goodby my friend that I never met.
Bill Withers has passed
Woke up to the news of his death today and just laid back down to gather my thoughts, his music has stayed in my mind since first hearing it so long ago. Will certainly be playing me some Bill Withers tonight to address his loss to me.

John Prine hospitalized with COVID-19
I have been worried about him even before the virus as he has certainly had his health issues but inspite of that has plyed his craft with the best of them and always brings a smile to my face. Will be wishing him the best

Near Field Listneing
Can’t answer your question of why someone would seek a near field setup but can relate my experiences with mine. First off, I have been in the hobby for around 50 years and it seems that due to room restraints I have always had my setup in near fi...
