Quantum Science Audio Thread
I’ve got a red AC outlet arriving today. After using the yellow Jitterbug on my power conditioner for some time with good results, I decided the next step is to replace it with the outlet. The Jitterbug definitely improved the sound, and is an eas...
Puritan PSM 156 connecting Puritan Grounding Products?
“My initial thoughts are the GroundMaster, coupled with the GoundMaster City (no inclination to attempt driving an 8ft copper rod through my garden soil).” OP, do you mean the RouteMaster coupled with the GroundMaster City? I have that combo, bu...
New Class D amplifiers
Price for the Tempo direct from AGD is $5500. Only a couple of dealers listed for the US. Don’t know if you can get a discount from one of them, or not.
AGD Tempo in the house
Can anyone tell me what the input sensitivity of the Tempo is? It’s not listed on the AGD site.
A revolutionary way to raise the performance of your system for very little money
Got the cable for my CD Transport today. All my components are now hooked up, and the sound has taken another leap forward. The Route Master/Ground Master City combo is amazing, and gets my highest recommendation!
A revolutionary way to raise the performance of your system for very little money
After getting the Route Master & Groundmaster City in yesterday, and hooking them up to my system, I have to agree with Terry. This combo is an amazing bargain. The improvements that he spoke of were immediate and obvious as soon as the music ...

I have a Route Master and Ground Master City on the way from Mike Kay at Audio Archon (great guy, enjoyed talking to him). I currently have a couple of Gutwire Ultimate Grounds on my Pre and DAC. Look forward to hearing what the Puritan  combo doe...
QSA Power Jitter Power Conditioner, anyone tried it?
tablejockey, thespeakerdude,   Yes, clearly QSA didn’t make these from scratch, they took an already existing item and added their special sauce. How is that relevant to what the final product does, or doesn’t, do in the context of one’s own sys...
QSA Power Jitter Power Conditioner, anyone tried it?
t_ramey, The duplex my yellow is plugged into is a standard cheapo one, so I can’t help you there. For what it’s worth, Tweek Geek says they work well with the QSA outlets, and provide additional benefit. Obviously, I was hoping for improvements...
QSA Power Jitter Power Conditioner, anyone tried it?
Finally got my yellow Power Jitter in the mail today. Put it between my power conditioner and the wall outlet. First impression, I don’t see it coming out anytime soon😁 If it gets even better over the next few days, I will be one happy camper!
What’s the deal with high end CD transports not having the ability to program tracks!?
I haven’t heard these particular transports for myself, but I know from experience that transports do make a substantial difference in sound quality. I’m not questioning the reports of excellent sound from these particular transports, nor the gene...
Jays CD2- Mk3 CDT vrs CEC-TL5 CDT
Just be aware that the Jay’s transports do not allow you to program tracks, while the CECs do, if this is a feature you care about.
Synergistic Research MiG 3.0 Footers
slaw, I'm a nice guy, but not that nice😉
Synergistic Research MIG 2.0 Review
Got the 3.0s in yesterday and replaced the Tenderfeet under my DAC. I am very happy with what I am hearing. Across the board improvements, they pretty much do everything SR claims they do on their site. If you are looking for a relatively inexpens...
Synergistic Research MIG 2.0 Review
SR just released the MiG 3.0 footers, and I have a set arriving tomorrow: https://www.synergisticresearch.com/isolation/isolation-footers/mig-and-mig-3-0/ I have been very pleased with the MiG 2.0s I have under my CD transport, and looking forwa...
