I’d go to BestBuy, pick one out and take it home. I don’t see the difficulty. Great deals this time of year with the Superbowl coming up. They really push them this time of year.
What would you save in a fire?
Subtle humor, the best!

@grislybutter , Your dry eastern European sense of humor does seem to blow right by a lot of guys on here. I thought the (also raking) addition was a dead giveaway. Being first generation American descended from actual Carpathians, I share in in ...

Whatever you decide go with an OLED.

5 day minimum. Another thought, if it comes back broken, who's at fault? Who's liable, the shipper? The customer? The forum is full of incidents of Lost, stolen, damaged gear, and that's with a single shipping. But, your circus, your monkeys. We...

Renting would be infrequent at best and while you're waiting, value is going down, and every time you send it off chance of damage, losing it, theft go up.

I don't know about that Rox, but I sure appreciate the compliment!
Trends in value of vintage / used audio equipment?
"I am happy to pass judgement on thecarpathian for no reason, I am happy to even just make one up!"  Gris, I'd be disappointed if you didn't!
