SilverSmith Palladium cables Glory,I've been a fan of the Silversmith Silvers for quite a few years now. Very musical and detailed - a unknown gem that still performs well to today. I was wondering what your impressions of the Palladiums are 3 years after your post?
The Clever Little Sharp Actually, the money is the main point. If, in fact, this is a mind trick and I have been fooled, I have proven that a company can downright lie and charge $200 for something that makes no difference other than through mind games. If this is the ca...
The Clever Little Sharp Zaikesman: WOW, where do it start? I feel the need to answer your questions, but I feel that you have read my previous answers and are not absorbing them. Maybe I’m assuming that my explanations are complete enough and they aren’t. In either case,...
The Clever Little Sharp And you are wrong again Zaikesman. You said "Baby, you read about a clock improving the sound, you went to the mall and paid money for a clock, hoping it would improve your sound. Get real." I CLEARLY have said over and over again that I expected ...
The Clever Little Sharp Zaikesman, I have read explanations like yours many times, so this phenomenon is certainly not new or unknown to me. However, your explanation assumes many things. It assumes that every tweak we try will produce a change for the better if our subco...

Cleveland, OH The link for the fest is http://www.audiokarma.org/ak2006/I went last year on Sunday and two manufacturers closed thier rooms at 1PM. Blue Note was one of them. I thought it was unethical since we paid $15 to get in. It is advisable to go on Satur...
Clever Little Clock - high-end audio insanity? Sorry for the delay. I will do the challenge. I'm glad that puremusic brought some issues forward that I was going to request. The only other requirements that I have are:1) I will bring two power cords that will be used on the CD player and pream...
Clever Little Clock - high-end audio insanity? I already said I was willing to take the challenge. I'm confident of a difference in my power cord choice over a stock cord and the ability to choose it in my system or a system of its calibre. Since you have no system listed, I would want to know...
Clever Little Clock - high-end audio insanity? BTW, I sent my CLC, a picture of me when I was young, and a recent picture of me away to be cyrogentically treated. I am now invisible.
Clever Little Clock - high-end audio insanity? Audioaril, I am a bit confused. After following this thread for some time, I thought you were an advocate of the differences the CLC would make. Then, you seem to switch camps and say that most tweeks don't work or can't be heard? It seems to me t...
What companies, out of Business, did you LOVE??? Apt Holman and GAS - Great American Sound come to mind. The Apt preamp set a new standard and GAS had the Ampzilla and Son of Ampzilla. I can't necessarily say I loved these , just that they were both decent products. |
