Simple Wireless Computer Audio Setup Actually, the sonos setup is great, and you just need a ridge and connect and she can stream all of her itunes library teo the quads. Pluss it is expandable. Only downside is it is limited to 16/44 ouput. Sounds way better than most ce players tho...

Need Blues Rec--burn the house down guitar stuff Try Son Seals, Live and Burning.I always find live blues albums to be more like live shows (go figure), but the sound quality usually suffers a bit. Another great one is Luther Allison. Live at Montreaux. This guy had chops!

Squeezebox Duet VS AppleTV My vote would be to go with a Sonos system. It's got the best reliability, a great iTouch remote ap (free), and it's got fixed or variable outs either analog, coax or optical. So you can connect it to pretty much anything and everything. And you c...
NAD Reliability I've had an issue with the M25 amp - sound's great, had to replace the power supply. The M15 pre/pro just quit working one day. Haven't fixed it.
Processor as a DAC for music? I'm using the Onkyo equivalent of the Integra 9.8 - What makes it really useful for me is that you can use the Audissy room correction which has a bigger impact on my system than anything else I've run across. You can then, still add an outboard DA...
Lack in harmonic richness Dazzdax - Here's a suggestion related to the Parametric EQ. My experience suggests that the problem is not your equipment - It's very likely your room. The fact that changing equipment doesn't change the outcome seems to support that. And my recent...
Best SSP - Upgrade from Integra DTC 9.8 I've got the Onkyo version of the 9.8 (exact same except for the name) and I love it. It sound's super with digital sources and the Audissy MultiEQ is amazing. I'm running it throught a NAD M25 to PSB Synchrony 1's and I am very pleased with the s... |
