Does vinyl have a sound?
Vinyl from the 70's / 80's have this special Soundstage depth, vinyl from Y2k+5 have tics, pops and high prices
Lyra vs. Lyra
... The Titan i is just a little "smoother" than the Delos, but not enough to warrant the difference in price. The Delos is a remarkable cartridge at its price point! The Atlas, however, is amazing. How can you rate it when you have opened a thread...
Need recommendation on mono cartridge please
When I was interested to go back to mono I listened to some mono carts, in the end I bought a Lyra Helikon mono. It is a very silent cartridge, the voicing is right and it is able to show you what's all about those records.it is really good.

Calling Lamm ML2.1 owners
I own my ML2.1 maybe 4 years now and I haven't replaced any tube. The datas are all ok, the units are very reliable. But I use them with 99dB Speakers, anyway, there is worse out there...check the Pins (that they are clean), take care that the Tub...

I never looked for replacements, are there alternatives available? I made some experiments with 12AX7 but honestly, the Lamm Design is very stable in sonics.
Rowland Concerto phono vs Cadence

120V/60Hz to 230V/50 Hz AC
The 60/50Hz is no problem, in Germany you can use Step down Transformers...or you can send your units to the Manufacturer for a European voltage change. Shouldn't be a problem.
Is Nagra BPS The Best Small Phono Pre?
You can try to get some info about the little Benz Phonostage. I think, it has 22kΩ, definitely an interesting choice for the Lyra and others.

All is great. Even more when it is expensive. You will hardly find an Audiophile who owned a 100k Speaker and replaced it with a 40K Speaker because it is better.Take it the way it is, someone wants to spend a sum and he wants to have something. '...
Reference 3A Grand Veena, can they rock?

Is Nagra BPS The Best Small Phono Pre?
