Pink Floyd’s brand new song @mikeydee Syd Barrett ONLY performed on PF first record, "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn". all the other song Nick Mason's group plays were originally recorded with David Gilmour. Thus, other than the first album, Nicks group is playing songs u...
Selling gear with TMR I traded in an amp to them to purchase a more expensive one. The amp I traded in was bought for $2900.00 and trade in price was $2500.00 and I used it for 4 years. I am very satisfied. A top shelf dealer.
Panasonic Plasma TC-P65ZT60 and TC-P65ZT60 usage hours? My Panasonic plasma burned out after 5 short years. We only used the TV in the evening for a couple of hours l at most. Bought a Samsung LED TV (OLED wasn’t invented yet) still going strong. Do not waste money on 16 year old tech.
When You Buy The Whole Album And Only Like One Song. I have had that experience. I had pre-ordered the latest Roger Waters album, "Is This The Life We Really Want", what an utter disappointment. The entire album is pure rubbish. How many times does one have to say the F bomb in a song? I counted som...
Question for Acrolink / Mexcell power cord owners ; especially the 7N PC 9900 model @garebear , Congratulations on retirement and the Grandioso, it is the top tier of Esoteric. The Acrolink cables are very special. I will say after installing the power cord and interconnects, my bass was even tighter than it had been and there w...
Question for Acrolink / Mexcell power cord owners ; especially the 7N PC 9900 model Your Grandioso has internal wiring made by Acrolink. The cable you are speaking about is way too rich for my blood but the Acrolink 4030 power cord made a huge difference for the better of my Esoteric UX3. I also use a pair of Acrolink mid price...
Luxman D03X vs D10X @rman9, I do not know what their latest and greatest is. The VRDS NEO transport is one of the absolute best in the business and many high end manufacturers buy the Esoteric transport for their own machines.
audible illusions vs supratek, vs holoaudio vs backert I agree with Ozzy62. I owned 3 AI preamps, the original 3, 3A and 3B. They did NOT sound like solid state, more like a very well balanced tube unit. Great product but service is less than stellar.
Luxman D03X vs D10X Personally, I would buy an Esoteric. My Esoteric uses the TI/burr Brown pcm1704 r to r ladder dac. It is such an analog sounding player.
Power isolation box versus Power conditioner? Shunyata conditioners are all passive devices. That is what I use and my system which is a mix of tubes and SS is extremely quiet.
Audiophile Grade Wall Receptacle I use Shunyata wall receptacles. I paid $75.00 each, new. No idea what they cost now.
Cary SLI-80HS or Jadis Orchestra black? If you live in the US, I would ho with the Cary. Easier to get repaired. Getting Jadis serviced in the US has always been a problem. I did hear a Jadis integrated once, many moons ago and found it to be “polite” at best.
Your thoughts on my quest for new speakers I second the recommendation on the GE Triton Refs. Sadly, the price jumped from $8500.00 a pair to $9999.99 a pair.
Pink Floyd’s brand new song Waters is still mad at Gilmour for not being allowed to post on the official PF site. Since he left PF over 30 years ago, there is no reason for him to post on their page, but he just does not get it.
Pink Floyd’s brand new song This is from the Pink Floyd page, shows the band performing the song, enjoy. |
