| Pioneer SX-1050 speaker problems I had the same fluttering/pumping woofers in my system and no amount of placing the turntable, different platforms and shelving helped. I ended up buying a KAB rumble filter and the problem has vanished. I can not hear any negative effects. | |

| Dumb question #643: should speaker cables last a lifetime? The wires will last unless you cut them or run over them with the vacuum. Whoever said you need to replace them every six months doesn't know what they are talking about, just like the president elect. | |
