One thing I will add when using Silver and anything conductive you have to be very careful not to cause a short by being sloppy with the application.Oh and yes Mapleshade sells it.

You just need an electronics contact cleaner. Spray it into the pot and turn the pot fully back and forth several times to work it in. Do this with the power disconnected.
