Do you have ways to ease use of vinyl?
A couple questions for Baylinor and Meim and one for the rest of you. First, baylinor, what are you using for your outer ring? I wanted to get one for my VPI Classic 2, but the VPI one was so expensive I put off getting one.  Maybe you found a mor...

Mike Bloomfield's "Live at Bill Graham's Fillmore West" Columbia Records, 1969. Best thing he ever did, and that's saying something. Nick Gravenites on vocals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bObzGncczCo
When does one know it's time to upgrade?
When you've money to burn, but not otherwise. Or if you're between relationships, answering only to yourself.Mike
This forum is antiquated.
I agree it would be nice to be able to post pictures. Otherwise seems fine. Mike
Jazz for aficionados
That’s truly a lovely version of Over the Rainbow. Can’t help but bring a tear to your eye to watch and listen to Eva Cassidy singing it, knowing that’s the sweet somewhere she surely is now.And thanks Mary_jo for the link to Benny Golson’s "Lulla...
What is the actual percentage of people exclusively listening to vinyl vs digital?
Maybe 110% counting those needing it twice.
What is the actual percentage of people exclusively listening to vinyl vs digital?
The percentage of people who both listen exclusively to streaming and deserve pummeling would be a much easier question to answer.

Correction; Toad does show up as "Camels and Elephants on "There's a Bond Between Us".Mike

Tomic601, I promised I’d get back to you with a Graham Bond Organisation recommendation after listening to the four albums of theirs I have, so here goes. I checked out some Youtube videos too. This band went through some permutations in it’s reco...
Whats on your turntable tonight?
I’ll get on it tomic60 and will report back. Might take a few days. That’s good advice to keep from buying doubles. I recently purchased the Van Morrison and the Chieftans album again, ruefully not consulting my check list first. I normally downlo...
Whats on your turntable tonight?
Anyone remember the Graham Bond Organisation (sp) from the early to mid- 1960’s. Band members beside Graham were Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker, Dick Heckstall-Smith and John McLaughlin. What a talented line-up, who were the first ever to play jazz-rock...
Sellers: When do you drop your price?
Your item might take longer to sell simply because it is a less familiar brand. Conversely, I was wondering what brands sell more readily or command higher resale prices. A lot of good advice you're getting here. Educational thread for those of us...
Is louder better?
Yes, when you’re 25 and not planning to ever be 65. No, when you are 65 and cussing predisposing yourself to tinnitus when you were 25 listening to high volumes. Who knew you’d ever be getting that old? That kind of age is reserved for old people
