Anyone have experience with the Nanotec Nespa?
Stanhifi, there is so much interest in this device we are now 2-3 months in back-orders! (Germany ordered 200 units alone!)Japan can't keep up with demand. 3 shipments are in route to the US, unfortunately these will fill a small part of the curre...
Floorstanding Speaker Stands - which one?
When I had these speakers I didn't like them with the supplied spikes but used the large ERAUDIO Harmonizers which turned them into a wonderful sounding speaker.
How come there is no thread on the RealityCheck?
Norm, I'm not saying he hasn’t invested the time and research to find the best drives possible. I am saying that the drives are "standard" drives with NO modifications. When we do the comparison, it will be with at least 2 other audiophiles, one wi...
How come there is no thread on the RealityCheck?
This debate will go on and on, no one BUT George will really know. However I spoke with him on the phone yesterday (about something else) and again asked what he does to his duplicators. He would not answer, would not even say they are proprietary...
Is the Reimyo CDP777 Being Discontinued?
I was thinking of buying a unit myself (and also selling some to potential customers) but after talking to May Audio, the importer this very week, I was told he had 3 units left and that would be all, no more coming. Yes, the transport is no longe...
Anyone have experience with the Nanotec Nespa?
Norm, maybe, maybe not. I'm only the importer and with 75 now sold, many are on back-order (I think yours will be in the shipment if you are getting one from our mutual friend) we shall see. It does change the sound of CD's, for the better, I've n...
Anyone have experience with the Nanotec Nespa?
Hi Norm, I've asked this same question and currently Japan wants to just send me new replacement units. Seems excessive but at this time that's the way it is. I've not tried to open the units so I can't answer your first question.Steve
Anyone have experience with the Nanotec Nespa?
George,Thanks for your interest in the Nespa units. First once a CD is treated with either the Nespa #1 or Nespa Pro units, it is permanent. As for how long do they last before the bulb burns out? Japan can't even tell me this but so far, with ove...
New Acuhorn speakers arriving - anyone heard them?
I think you will enjoy them very much. I had a pair and am now getting in the 175's. Since the 155's have the same driver in the back they do require a bit of distance from the back wall to "breath". The 155's are best for classical music, it is n...
Best Isolation HRS? SRA? Zoethecus? Symposium?
You're right Norm, it doesn't make any difference. I was just passing on info I was given from one of the 12 full time engineers we have on staff. I have no way of confirming this, but as you say it doesn't make any difference.
Best Isolation HRS? SRA? Zoethecus? Symposium?
Hi Norm, No we have not demonstrated or even marketed the active unit. At it's price we feel there is not a large market and yes, it is better than the Vibraplane, no questions asked, but at $1850 vs. $7500 we would hope. There are many of these "A...
Best Isolation HRS? SRA? Zoethecus? Symposium?
Guess my last post was denied by Audigon, I'll try and rephrase. First I thanked David for his post and do appreciate that not everyone can afford, or think a $5000 isolation device is worth the funds. We do make the passive version at $1850 which...
Best Isolation HRS? SRA? Zoethecus? Symposium?
First let me thank the over 5000 customers now using the Vibraplane for their isolation needs. It has been a real pleasure to make so many customers enjoy their systems more than ever. For those that are not clear on how the Vibraplane works, comp...
Shun Mook Ultra Diamond Resonators
I own 3 sets of the gaint Mook resonators and will NEVER sell them, they are by far the best feet out there. Yes, eXpensive but once heard hard to do without. I have not heard the Harmonix feet so can't comment.
