Has anyone ever cried listening to your system Maybe because we're men and men aren't supposed to cry. That is, unless we're cutting onions. (O:
VH Audio Vcaps Mr. Dgarretson, Please describe the break-in characteristics you heard after installing the new Claritycap MR caps in your cross-overs. Thanks.
Crossover component upgrade, DUELUND???? I'm curious what the break-in is like for the new Claritycap MR. I have read from one user that it has a very quick break-in compared to other film types. I just tonight replaced a pair of Hovland Musicaps in my preamp outputs with a new pair of t...
Has anyone ever cried listening to your system Uh, yeah. That's what it was. I was chopping onions. (O:
Has anyone ever cried listening to your system My wife cried when I was playing a Cd that reminded her of when we were happy together. This was just days before she left me. She quickly wiped the tears and moved forward in her parade.
Seeking opinions of C.Crane FM Reflect Antenna I have a C.Crane FM Reflect on my bedroom tuner and it works much better than a basic cheap t-type antenna. I haven't tried a godar, rhombic-type or good outdoor antenna, which would be the best, but the C.Crane does a good enough job to get a dec...
VH Audio Vcaps I'm curious how these new Claritycap Mr caps might work as a substitute for a pair of 4.7uf Hovland Musicaps I currently have in the outputs of my linestage tube preamp. Any suggestions? I have considered the Dueland VSF, but those, for now, are a...
Capacitor log Mundorf Silver in Oil If anyone happens to have a pair of 4.7uf VSF or Cast they'd like to part with, I'd be interested.

Review: Synergistic Research PowerCell 10 and the SE version AC filter I'm curious if this Powercell will benefit systems that don't have dedicated lines. Also, will it benefit and synergize with other cords not made by Synergistic Research?
Install IEC male socket or not?? I agree with the above posts in that you'll appreciate an iec for a better aftermarket power cord. Those 200 watts will appreciate a larger guage cord and your ears will appreciate the improved sound as well.
Synergistic New Tesla Line...Any comments? Norm. I'd like to hear about your current opinions on the Teslaplex outlet. I have now and am enjoying the Porter Port(Hubble) outlets and would appreciate another view of these Teslaplex outlets. Thanks.
Review: Verastarr Grand Illusion Series Power cord Mike, at Verastarr, is a great gentleman to deal with. As I understand it, Scott Hall(of Electraglide fame) had a hand in the development of the new Grand Illusion and SOTU power cords, both being made of ribbon/foil conductors. I'm curious how th...
Tel wire vs Lessloos The Telwire cord needs about 150 hours of break-in before it reaches its full potential in your system. I currently have one on my refurbished Pilot 17W integrated. I don't have any experiences with the Lessloss. I actually veered away from it as ...
Anyone listened to the 50th Ann Shuguang KT-88 I think "secret stash" was not the correct phrase. Maybe I should have just said that he had some in stock. Sorry, Doug. |
