Tyler Acoustics Loudspeakers
Do a search here for the D2's. I believe there is a review and plenty of information if you search. I have the D4's and love them. I have not heard VS speakers. His new line is easier to drive than his previous line so you won't need a megawatt am...
Tyler Decade D2s: review
The internal wiring maybe but Ty's crossovers are usually the best you can get. As far as the drivers I am sure he can use the SEAS Excel drivers but his new drivers were customed made and designed. I would call Ty and speak with him.
Tyler Decade D2s: review
I find the new line is quicker, punchier, and a tad more detailed while retaining smoothness. I have the D4 floorstanding monitors which are not even broken in yet and these speakers have alot more bass than I would have imagined. I don't think an...
Levinson 333.5 vs. Krell FPB 200, 250, or 300 amp?
Yes the ML .5's are rare but are a big step up. He also tried a Pass X-250 but ended up selling it. Like the post above the Pass has fantastic bass but overall he liked the sound of the Krell and ML better. From what I have read the Pass .5 series...
Levinson 333.5 vs. Krell FPB 200, 250, or 300 amp?
A friend of mine used to have 3.6's and now he has 7.0's. He bought a 331.5 it was by far the best amp he tried with the 3.6's. Then he bought a FPB-200 and loved it. He sold the 331.5 and purchased a 334. He had a really hard time deciding betwee...
Best power cable to component or to power strip?
Buy a RSA Haley and plug everything into it.
krell vs marklevinson
I would say the 27 would have a much smoother presentation. I used to own a 27 and really liked it.

Dsiggia...I am running my new D4's with a Cayin 265Ai ss Class A integrated with great results. It provides ss slam while maintaining smooth dynamics, fantastic soundstaging and clarity/resolution. So far very impressed with this amp at only 40wpc...
PC for a Running Springs Haley
Sorry but I would stay with the Mongoose. There is a reason they chose that cord.
Tyler U7?
I would buy 7U anyday before the Focals. Much smoother sounding. Have not heard the other 2. You can't go wrong with the 7U's.
02 x bat vk55 monoblocks an overkill for Harbeth?
Art I am jealous. Wish I could afford to be in your dilemna :) The only downside to the mono's would be the additional cost of interconnects and a powercord. Either way would sound wonderful. Don't you have the 75SE on loan right now? If so, what ...
Mark Levinson No. 33H amp. with Thiel CS7.2 speake
And I guess you own or have owned Krell?
Tyler U7?
The 7U's sound really nice. I have had them in my system some time ago. Are you buying them used? Doesn't matter really because the 7U's are a very speaker. Personally I would buy the D3's if you are buying new.
Mark Levinson No. 33H amp. with Thiel CS7.2 speake
A friend of mine ran his 7.0's with a 334 successfully. I am not sure if the 7.2's are harder to drive than the 7.0's??? I would think either one of the 33's would be enough unless you have a HUGE room and listen at high db's.
Krell 400xi vs s300i ----
Here are a couple. The 2nd thread was a few months ago I spoke of (This is a good thread comparing the two). Just search Krell 400xi integrated amp or s300i and you should find plenty of threads :)http://forum.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/fr.pl?aamps&...
