| "Too much gain"? (Cary SLP05 question) Thanks russ69. I have zero noise issues with any of my equipment. Amps and preamps measure best at full throttle. The RCAs give you 3db less gain so you are in a better zone for the amps, not sure if it's audible. | |
| hooking up a subwoofer to a Mcintosh MA12000 sub is a Velodyne, digital drive series from a few years ago. In that case come out of the RCAs. You'll need a Y cable to come out of the amp with one cable to the sub and one returning back into the amp for each channel. | |
