Was curious on the Mystique EVO B4B dac so looked it up and adding all options like Lundahl core, Furutech upgrade, Lundahl PSU choke and best shielding it's over 12k. I'm sure it's a wonderful sounding dac but I believe for just over 5k for the B...

Agree with @tvad the M3 is a very even full sounding dac. If you are looking for more bottom end or softening of the top end (my Lampi Big 6 did that) look elsewhere.

Look into a Bricasti M3 very very  close to their M1SE player. Yes I've heard both and own the M1

@jwpstayman agree the PH10 plus ps is wonderful it too beat out a JC3+. Very flexible but sonically just wonderful.

@lubachl based on reading about the Kirmuss and their utube https://youtu.be/49qDRPabAU0there's a lot more to cleaning with the Kirmuss than what you have stated.. Even a dealer told me his just sits unused. I'm sure it cleans superbly but...

2 dealers tell me the Kirmuss does an excellent job BUT it requires too many steps and is a pain in the a$$ to use. For this reason I'm getting the new Keith Monks Prodigy machine. Looks pretty easy and simple hopefully to have it before Xmas. 
Wish I had put more emphasis on cables earlier
OP you mention ic and sc but I think power cords can make or break a system.
